1. Provide exceptional client service in line with CELINE’s selling ceremony.
2. Drive growth of the local client network and recruit new clients.
3. Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, offering personalized advice and follow-up.
4. Capture and update client information to enhance client retention and identify high-potential clients.
5. Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets and achieve all sales associate KPIs.
6. Focus on cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
7. Monitor physical inventory and inform management about product replenishment needs.
8. Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards as directed.
9. Ensure proficient and accurate use of POS systems and participate in inventory management.
10. Maintain open and positive communication with team members.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, sales, or hospitality.
2. Experience in the luxury or fashion industry is advantageous.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail, sales, or hospitality, with a preference for luxury or fashion industry experience.
