- Provide exceptional client service in line with CELINE’s selling ceremony.
- Drive growth of the local client network and recruit new clients.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, offering personalized advice and follow-up.
- Capture and update client information to enhance client retention and identify high-potential clients.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets and achieve all sales associate KPIs.
- Focus on cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
- Monitor physical inventory and inform management about product replenishment needs.
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards as directed.
- Ensure proficient and accurate use of POS systems and participate in inventory management.
- Maintain open and positive communication with team members.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, sales, or hospitality.
- Experience in the luxury or fashion industry is advantageous.
- Empathy and attentiveness in customer interactions.
- Exemplary advisory abilities and customer service skills.
- Knowledgeable about products and craftsmanship.
- Results-driven with strong time management skills.
- Teamwork spirit and proactive attitude.
- High-level selling and CRM skills.
- Ability to share knowledge and skills with team members.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail, sales, or hospitality, with a preference for luxury or fashion industry experience.
