- Provide exceptional client service in line with CELINE's selling ceremony.
- Drive the growth of the local client network.
- Recruit and convert prospective clients.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, offering personalized advice and follow-up.
- Capture and update client information to retain existing clients and identify high-potential new clients.
- Communicate with key clients to arrange appointments and share product information.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Achieve all sales associate KPIs and CRM requirements.
- Focus on cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
- Monitor physical inventory and inform management about product replenishment needs.
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure proficient and accurate use of POS systems.
- Participate in inventory counts and goods receptions.
- Maintain store functionality and adhere to stock room guidelines.
- Foster open and positive communication with team members.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, sales, or hospitality.
- Experience in the luxury or fashion industry is advantageous.
- Empathy and attentiveness in customer interactions.
- Exemplary advisory abilities and a strong sense of customer service.
- In-depth knowledge of products and craftsmanship.
- Results-driven with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Awareness of company news, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Strong teamwork spirit.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
- High level of selling and CRM skills.
- Effective time management.
- Ability to share knowledge and skills with team members.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
