- Achieve and exceed sales targets by demonstrating a strong commercial mindset and deep product knowledge.
- Engage proactively with clients to understand their needs, offering tailored recommendations and utilizing cross-selling techniques.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to foster a positive team spirit and support collective goals.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences, ensuring memorable interactions and nurturing long-term relationships through personalized clienteling.
- Adhere to internal procedures and guidelines to ensure smooth and efficient store operations, including visual merchandising, restocking, and inventory management.
- Serve as a CELINE ambassador, embodying the Maison’s values and excellence in every client interaction.
- Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and personal presentation.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in sales within the fashion or luxury industry.
- Passion for luxury fashion and deep understanding of CELINE's products and brand identity.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Initiative, sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic retail environment.
- Strong ethical compass and commitment to compliance and corporate social responsibility.
- Proficiency in Swedish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
Minimum of 1 year in sales within the fashion or luxury industry.
