1. Act as an ambassador of CELINE by adhering to grooming and uniform standards.
2. Provide exceptional client service in alignment with CELINE’s selling ceremony.
3. Drive growth of the local client network and convert prospective clients.
4. Build enduring client relationships by understanding their desires and providing memorable service beyond the sales process.
5. Maintain and update client information to retain existing clients and identify potential high-value clients.
6. Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets, achieving all sales associate KPIs and CRM requirements.
7. Focus on cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
8. Monitor physical inventory and inform management about product replenishment needs.
9. Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards as directed.
10. Ensure proficient and accurate use of POS systems and participate in inventory management.
11. Maintain store functionality and adhere to stock room guidelines.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the fashion or luxury sector.

1. High sensitivity and knowledge of products and fashion.
2. Ability to understand and exceed customer needs.
3. Strong team spirit and a taste for challenges.
4. Excellent sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
5. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion or luxury sector.
