- Serve as a brand ambassador by adhering to CELINE grooming and uniform standards.
- Deliver exceptional client service in line with CELINE's selling ceremony.
- Cultivate and expand the local client network, recruiting and converting prospective clients.
- Build enduring relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing memorable service beyond the sales process.
- Maintain and update client information to retain existing clients and identify new high-potential clients.
- Communicate with key clients through various channels to arrange appointments and share collection information.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets and achieve all sales associate KPIs.
- Engage in cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
- Monitor merchandise inventory and inform management about product replenishment needs.
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards according to CELINE guidelines.
- Ensure proficient and accurate use of POS systems and participate in inventory management activities.
- Maintain store functionality and adhere to stock room guidelines.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the fashion or luxury sector.
- High sensitivity and knowledge of fashion and products.
- Ability to understand and exceed customer needs for optimal customer experience.
- Strong team spirit and a taste for challenges.
- Essential qualities include a sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
A minimum of 2 years in sales, particularly within the fashion or luxury sector, is required.
