1. Serve as a brand ambassador by adhering to CELINE grooming and uniform standards.
2. Deliver exceptional client service in line with CELINE's selling ceremony.
3. Cultivate and expand the local client network, recruiting and converting prospective clients.
4. Build enduring relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing memorable service beyond the sales process.
5. Maintain and update client information to retain existing clients and identify new high-potential clients.
6. Communicate with key clients through various channels to arrange appointments and share collection information.
7. Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets and achieve all sales associate KPIs.
8. Engage in cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
9. Monitor merchandise inventory and inform management about product replenishment needs.
10. Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards according to CELINE guidelines.
11. Ensure proficient and accurate use of POS systems and participate in inventory management activities.
12. Maintain store functionality and adhere to stock room guidelines.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the fashion or luxury sector.

1. High sensitivity and knowledge of fashion and products.
2. Ability to understand and exceed customer needs for optimal customer experience.
3. Strong team spirit and a taste for challenges.
4. Essential qualities include a sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
5. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

A minimum of 2 years in sales, particularly within the fashion or luxury sector, is required.
