1. Welcome all clients to the store, ensuring a comfortable and inviting environment.
2. Contribute to sales growth and achievement of sales objectives.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and advice to clients.
4. Share product stories and expertise with customers.
5. Propose complementary products proactively and boldly.
6. Build and maintain privileged and lasting relationships with customers.
7. Participate actively in store operations including visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, and inventory management.
8. Adhere to internal procedures and guidelines.
9. Support the digital evolution of the brand.
10. Serve as a brand ambassador for CELINE and the LVMH Group, embodying creativity and excellence.

1. Minimum of 2 years experience in sales within the fashion or luxury sector.

1. High sensitivity and knowledge of products and fashion.
2. Ability to understand and exceed customer needs to deliver the best customer experience.
3. Team spirit and a taste for challenges.
4. Sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
5. Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is advantageous.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role within the fashion or luxury sector.
