1. Welcome and ensure clients feel comfortable in the store environment.
2. Contribute to sales development and achieve sales objectives.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and advice.
4. Share product stories and expertise with customers.
5. Propose complementary products proactively.
6. Build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
7. Participate in store operations including visual merchandising, restocking, and inventory management.
8. Adhere to internal procedures and guidelines.
9. Support the brand's digital evolution.
10. Represent CELINE and the LVMH Group as a brand ambassador.

1. Minimum of 2 years experience in sales within the fashion or luxury sector.

1. High product and fashion sensitivity and knowledge.
2. Ability to understand and exceed customer needs.
3. Strong team spirit and taste for challenges.
4. Excellent service orientation, curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
5. Fluency in German and English; a third language is advantageous.

Minimum 2 years in sales within the fashion or luxury sector.
