1. Welcome clients to the store, ensuring a comfortable and inviting environment.
2. Contribute to sales development and achievement of sales objectives.
3. Advise customers and provide exceptional customer service.
4. Share product stories and expertise with customers.
5. Propose complementary products proactively.
6. Build and maintain privileged, lasting relationships with customers.
7. Participate in store operations including visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, and inventory management.
8. Adhere to internal procedures and guidelines.
9. Support the digital evolution of the brand.
10. Serve as an ambassador for Celine and the LVMH Group, embodying brand spirit and excellence.

1. Master's or Bachelor's degree.
2. Minimum of 2 years in sales within the fashion or luxury sector.

1. High product and fashion sensitivity and knowledge.
2. Ability to understand and exceed customer needs.
3. Team spirit and taste for challenge.
4. Sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
5. Strong interpersonal skills, ownership, and curiosity.
6. Fluency in Italian and English.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the fashion or luxury sector.

Master's or Bachelor's degree.
