1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to enhance the sales process, maximizing sales and transaction values.
3. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
4. Capture and input relevant customer information into the database.
5. Promote store events through various communication channels, including email and personalized notes.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Follow up consistently with clients regarding shipping, alterations, or other service issues.
8. Assist in maintaining the store's image and general housekeeping.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years experience in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Business School, University degree, or equivalent.

1. Strong client book preferred.
2. Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
3. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use various software programs.
4. Service-oriented with a strong customer focus.
5. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably within a luxury environment.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent.
