1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales and enhance the value of each transaction.
3. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
4. Capture and maintain relevant customer information in the database.
5. Promote store events through various communication channels.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
8. Assist in maintaining the store's image and general housekeeping.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
2. Business school, university degree, or equivalent.

1. Strong client book management skills.
2. Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
3. Proficiency in various software programs.
4. Customer-focused with a strong service orientation.
5. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 3 years in a retail environment with a focus on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.

Business school, university degree, or equivalent.
