1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to enhance the sales process, maximizing sales, units per transaction, and transaction value.
3. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
4. Capture and input all relevant customer information into the database.
5. Promote store events through various communication channels including email, phone, and personalized notes.
6. Maintain and expand a client book, ensuring consistent follow-up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
7. Assist in maintaining the store's image and general housekeeping.
8. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Business school, university degree, or equivalent experience.

1. Strong client book management skills are preferred.
2. Passion for luxury products and an appreciation for design.
3. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize various software programs.
4. Service-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
5. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum of 3 years in a retail environment, with a focus on sales, ideally within the luxury sector.

Business school, university degree, or equivalent experience.

The compensation for this position ranges from $18 to $25 per hour, depending on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
