- Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
- Utilize product knowledge to enhance the sales process, maximizing sales and transaction values.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Capture and maintain customer information for database entry.
- Promote store events through various communication channels.
- Develop and maintain a client book.
- Follow up consistently on client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
- Assist in store maintenance and housekeeping.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control tasks as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
- Proficiency in computer usage and software applications.
- Possession of a client book is highly preferred.
- Strong desire to work in retail with a focus on sales.
- Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use various software programs.
- Customer-focused with a strong service orientation.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A minimum of 3 years in a retail environment, with a focus on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
