1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value.
3. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
4. Capture and enter all relevant customer information into the database.
5. Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Follow up consistently with clients regarding shipping, alterations, or other issues.
8. Assist in general housekeeping and maintenance of the store image.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

1. Possession of a client book is strongly preferred.
2. Strong desire to work in a retail setting with a focus on sales.
3. Passion for luxury products and an appreciation for design.
4. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize various software programs.
5. Service-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
6. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. Proficiency in foreign languages is a plus.

Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

$19-$22 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
