1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to enhance sales, maximize units sold per transaction, and increase transaction value.
3. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
4. Capture and input relevant customer information into the database.
5. Promote store events through various communication channels including email and personalized notes.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Follow up consistently with clients regarding shipping, alterations, or other service-related issues.
8. Contribute to general housekeeping and uphold the store's image.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years experience in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

1. Strong client book management skills preferred.
2. Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
3. Proficiency in various software programs and technology.
4. Excellent service orientation and customer focus.
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
6. Foreign language skills are a plus.

Minimum of 3 years in a retail environment, focusing on sales, ideally within the luxury sector.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

The compensation ranges from $18 to $21 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
