Celine Client Advisor

- Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
- Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Capture and maintain customer information in the database.
- Promote store events through various communication channels.
- Maintain and expand a client book.
- Follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
- Assist in maintaining store image and general housekeeping.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
- Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
- Strong client book management skills.
- Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
- Proficiency in using various software programs.
- Service-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of 3 years in a retail environment, with a focus on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
Compensation ranges from $18 to $21 hourly, based on skills and experience.
