1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value.
3. Comply with all company policies.
4. Capture and enter relevant customer information into the database.
5. Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Follow up consistently with any client-related issues such as shipping or alterations.
8. Assist in general housekeeping and maintain the store image.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.

1. Client book management skills are strongly preferred.
2. Desire to work in a retail setting with a focus on sales.
3. Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design.
4. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use various software programs.
5. Service-oriented and customer-focused.
6. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 3 years in a retail environment, with a focus on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.

The compensation for this position ranges from $23-$29 hourly, dependent upon the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
