1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value.
3. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
4. Capture and enter all relevant customer information into the database.
5. Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Consistently follow up on shipping, alterations, or other client-related issues.
8. Assist in general housekeeping and maintenance of the store image.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proficiency in computer literacy and the ability to learn and use various software packages.

1. Possession of a client book is strongly preferred.
2. A strong desire to work in a retail setting with a focus on sales.
3. Passion for luxury products and an appreciation for design.
4. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize various software programs.
5. Service-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
6. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 3 years in a retail setting, focusing on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.

The compensation for this position ranges from $23-$29 hourly, dependent on the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
