1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize comprehensive product knowledge to enhance sales and maximize transaction value.
3. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
4. Capture and maintain accurate customer information in the database.
5. Promote store events through various communication channels.
6. Develop and maintain a robust client book.
7. Ensure consistent follow-up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
8. Assist in maintaining store image and general housekeeping.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Strong client book preferred.
2. Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
3. Proficiency in technology and software programs.
4. Excellent customer service orientation.
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
6. Foreign language skills are advantageous.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably within the luxury sector.

$22-$26 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
