1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value.
3. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
4. Capture and maintain customer information for database entry.
5. Promote store events through various communication channels such as email, phone, and personalized notes.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Consistently follow up on client-related issues such as shipping or alterations.
8. Assist in maintaining the store's image and general housekeeping.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
2. Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

1. Strong client book management skills.
2. Desire to excel in a retail sales environment.
3. Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
4. Proficiency in various software programs.
5. Strong service orientation and customer focus.
6. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum 3 years in a retail setting with a focus on luxury sales.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

The compensation ranges from $22 - $27 hourly, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
