1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value.
3. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
4. Capture and maintain customer information in the database.
5. Promote store events through various communication channels.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Consistently follow up on client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
8. Assist in maintaining the store's image and general housekeeping.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Strong client book preferred.
2. Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
3. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use various software programs.
4. Service-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
5. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
6. Proficiency in foreign languages is a plus.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or luxury sales environment, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining client relationships.

The compensation ranges from $22 to $26 hourly, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
