1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to enhance sales, increasing units sold per transaction and transaction value.
3. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
4. Collect and record relevant customer information for database entry.
5. Promote store events through various communication channels, including email and personalized notes.
6. Maintain and expand a comprehensive client book.
7. Consistently follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
8. Assist in maintaining the store's image and general housekeeping.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Strong client book preferred.
2. Desire to work in a retail environment with a focus on sales.
3. Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
4. Proficiency in technology and ability to learn new software programs.
5. Customer-focused with a strong service orientation.
6. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. Foreign language skills are advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
