1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value.
3. Adhere to all company policies.
4. Capture and enter relevant customer information into the database.
5. Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Consistently follow up on shipping, alteration, or other client-related issues.
8. Assist in general housekeeping and maintenance of the store image.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as required.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Candidates with existing client books are strongly preferred.

1. Proficiency in various software programs.
2. Strong service orientation and customer focus.
3. Passion for luxury products and an appreciation for design.
4. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Foreign language skills are a plus.

Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.

Business School, University, or equivalent experience.

The compensation for this position ranges from $24-$27 hourly, dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
