- Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
- Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction values.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Capture and maintain customer information for database entry.
- Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
- Maintain and expand a client book.
- Follow up consistently with clients regarding shipping, alterations, or other issues.
- Assist in general housekeeping and maintaining the store image.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
- Business school, university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Strong client book preferred.
- Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize various software programs.
- Service-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in foreign languages is an advantage.
A minimum of 3 years in a retail setting with a focus on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
Business school, university degree, or equivalent experience.
Compensation ranges from $22 - $27 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
