1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction values.
3. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
4. Capture and maintain customer information for database entry.
5. Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Follow up consistently with clients regarding shipping, alterations, or other issues.
8. Assist in general housekeeping and maintaining the store image.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
2. Business school, university degree, or equivalent experience.

1. Strong client book preferred.
2. Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
3. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize various software programs.
4. Service-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
5. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
6. Proficiency in foreign languages is an advantage.

A minimum of 3 years in a retail setting with a focus on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.

Business school, university degree, or equivalent experience.

Compensation ranges from $22 - $27 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
