- Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
- Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Capture and maintain relevant customer information for database entry.
- Promote store events through various communication channels including email, phone, and personalized notes.
- Maintain and expand a client book to enhance customer relationships.
- Consistently follow up on shipping, alteration, or other client-related issues.
- Assist in general housekeeping and maintenance of the store's image.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
- Business school, university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Strong client book preferred.
- Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use various software programs.
- Service-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
A minimum of 3 years in a retail environment, with a focus on sales, ideally within the luxury sector.
Business school, university degree, or equivalent experience.
The compensation for this position ranges from $18 to $25 hourly, depending on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
