- Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
- Utilize product knowledge to enhance the sales process, maximizing sales and transaction value.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Capture and maintain customer information for database entry.
- Promote store events through various communication channels.
- Maintain and expand a client book.
- Follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
- Assist in maintaining the store's image and general housekeeping.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years in a retail setting, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in computer usage and ability to learn various software packages.
- Strong client book preferred.
- Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use software programs.
- Customer-focused with a strong service orientation.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A minimum of three years in a retail environment, with a focus on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
The compensation ranges from $23 to $26 per hour, based on skills and experience.
