CELINE is a fast-growing French and Leather-Goods Couture House that is part of the LVMH group. The company aims to become one of the most iconic luxury brands worldwide, seeking enthusiastic, passionate, and agile individuals to join its team.

1. Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
2. Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales
3. Adhere to all company policies
4. Capture relevant customer information for database entry
5. Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes
6. Maintain and expand a client book
7. Follow up with any shipping, alteration, or other client-related issues
8. Assist in general housekeeping and store image maintenance
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested

1. Business School, University, or equivalent experience
2. Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales

1. Candidates with client books strongly preferred
2. Desire to work in a retail setting with a focus on sales
3. Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design
4. Tech savvy with the ability to learn and use various software programs
5. Service-oriented and customer-focused
6. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
7. Foreign languages a plus

Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, preferably in a luxury environment.

Business School, University, or equivalent experience.

The compensation ranges from $18 - $25 hourly, dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
