CELINE is a fast-growing French and Leather-Goods Couture House that is part of the LVMH group. It aims to become one of the most iconic luxury brands worldwide, seeking enthusiastic, passionate, and agile personalities eager to evolve in a demanding environment.

1. Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
2. Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales
3. Adhere to all company policies
4. Capture relevant customer information for database entry
5. Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes
6. Maintain and expand a client book
7. Consistently follow up with any shipping, alteration, or other client-related issues
8. Assist in general housekeeping and maintenance of the store image
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested

1. Business School, University, or equivalent experience
2. Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting

1. Candidates with client books strongly preferred
2. Desire to work in a retail setting with a focus on sales
3. Passion for luxury products with an appreciation for design
4. Tech Savvy - ability to learn and utilize various software programs
5. Service orientation and customer-focused
6. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
7. Foreign languages a plus

Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting.

Business School, University, or equivalent experience

The compensation for this position ranges from $18 - $25 hourly. The rate of pay offered will depend upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
