Celine Client Advisor

- Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
- Utilize product knowledge to enhance the sales process, maximizing sales, units per transaction, and transaction value.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Capture and enter relevant customer information into the database.
- Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
- Maintain and expand a client book.
- Consistently follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
- Assist in general housekeeping and maintaining the store's image.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
- Possession of a client book is strongly preferred.
- Desire to work in a retail setting with a focus on sales.
- Passion for luxury products and an appreciation for design.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use various software programs.
- Service-oriented with a strong customer focus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
The compensation for this position ranges from $18 - $25 hourly, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
