1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value.
3. Adhere to all company policies.
4. Capture and input relevant customer information into the database.
5. Promote store events through various communication methods including email, phone, and personalized notes.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Consistently follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
8. Assist in general housekeeping and maintenance of the store image.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably within a luxury environment.
2. Proficiency in computer usage and the ability to learn various software packages.

1. Possession of a client book is strongly preferred.
2. Strong desire to work in a retail setting with a focus on sales.
3. Passion for luxury products and an appreciation for design.
4. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize various software programs.
5. Service-oriented with a strong customer focus.
6. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 3 years in a retail setting, ideally with a focus on luxury sales.
