1. Drive sales and achieve sales objectives.

1. Retail experience required, with luxury/fashion experience preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

4. Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and sincerity.
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
6. Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
8. Fluency in German and English, with additional languages as an advantage.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, with a preference for luxury or fashion industry experience.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
