1. Participate in the development of the brand in the local market as part of the retail team.
2. Coordinate and support the effective management of the shop floor.
3. Communicate and motivate team members regarding objectives and KPIs.
4. Drive utilization of client book and implement CRM strategies.
5. Share product stories and expertise with customers, and train teams on new products and merchandise.
6. Minimize stock loss by supporting management in conducting weekly inventories and maintaining stock room standards.
7. Ensure stock safety, accuracy, and compliance.
8. Support the digital evolution of the brand and suggest ideas for development.
9. Act as an ambassador of CELINE and the LVMH Group.
10. Embody the CELINE spirit with creativity and a sense of excellence.

1. Fluent in German and English; a third language is advantageous.
2. At least 5 years of relevant experience.

1. High product and fashion sensitivity and knowledge.
2. Ability to understand and exceed customers’ needs to provide exceptional customer experience.
3. Challenge-driven with a strong team spirit.
4. Sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
