1. Participate in the development of the brand in the local market as part of the retail team.
2. Coordinate and support the effective management of the shop floor.
3. Motivate and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to the team.
4. Drive utilization of client book and implement CRM strategies.
5. Share product stories and deliver expertise to customers while training teams on new products and merchandise.
6. Minimize stock loss by supporting management in conducting weekly inventories and maintaining stock room standards.
7. Ensure stock safety, accuracy, and compliance.
8. Support the digital evolution of the brand and suggest developmental ideas.
9. Act as a brand ambassador for Celine and the LVMH Group.
10. Embody the Celine spirit with creativity and a sense of excellence.

1. High product and fashion sensitivity and knowledge.
2. Ability to understand and exceed customer needs to provide an exceptional customer experience.
3. Fluency in German and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
