1. Welcome and ensure clients feel comfortable in the store environment.
2. Contribute to sales development and achievement of sales objectives.
3. Provide exemplary customer service and advice.
4. Share product stories and expertise with customers.
5. Propose complementary products proactively.
6. Build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
7. Participate in store operations including visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, and inventory management.
8. Adhere to internal procedures and guidelines.
9. Support the digital evolution of the brand.
10. Represent Celine and LVMH as a brand ambassador, embodying creativity and excellence.

1. Minimum of 2 years in sales within the fashion or luxury sector.

1. High sensitivity and knowledge of products and fashion.
2. Ability to understand and exceed customer needs for optimal experiences.
3. Challenge-oriented with a strong team spirit.
4. Service-oriented with curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
5. Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is advantageous.

A minimum of 2 years in sales within the fashion or luxury sector is required.
