1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to enhance sales, increase units sold per transaction, and maximize transaction value.
3. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
4. Capture and maintain accurate customer information in the database.
5. Promote store events through various communication channels such as email, phone, and personalized notes.
6. Develop and maintain a comprehensive client book.
7. Consistently follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
8. Assist in maintaining the store's image and general housekeeping.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a luxury retail environment.

3. Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
4. Proficiency in technology and software applications.
5. Customer-focused with a strong service orientation.
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. Proficiency in foreign languages is advantageous.

A minimum of three years of experience in a luxury retail setting is required, with a preference for candidates who have managed client books.
