1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value.
3. Adhere to company policies.
4. Capture and maintain customer information in the database.
5. Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Follow up on shipping, alteration, and client-related issues.
8. Assist in store housekeeping and image maintenance.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Strong client book preferred.
2. Desire to work in a retail setting with a focus on sales.
3. Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
4. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use various software programs.
5. Service-oriented with a customer focus.
6. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. Proficiency in foreign languages is a plus.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail or luxury sales environment is required.
