- Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
- Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales and enhance transaction value.

- Capture and enter customer information into the database accurately.
- Promote store events through various communication channels.
- Maintain and expand a personal client book.
- Follow up on shipping, alterations, and client-related issues.
- Assist in maintaining store image and general housekeeping.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
- Proficiency in using various software packages.
- Strong client book management skills.
- Sales-focused with a passion for luxury products.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software programs.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail environment, with a focus on sales, ideally within the luxury sector.
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
