1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to enhance sales and maximize transaction value.
3. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
4. Capture and maintain customer information in the database.
5. Promote store events through various communication channels.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
8. Assist in maintaining the store's image and general housekeeping.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Experience in luxury retail preferred.
3. Existing client book is strongly preferred.

1. Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation.
2. Passion for luxury products and design.
3. Proficiency in using various software programs.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Foreign language skills are a plus.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury retail sector. An existing client book is highly desirable.
