1. Contribute to sales development and achievement of sales objectives.
2. Welcome and advise customers, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
3. Share product stories and expertise with customers.
4. Proactively propose complementary products to customers.
5. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to aid in recruitment and retention.
6. Participate in store operations including visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, and inventory management.
7. Adhere to internal procedures and guidelines.
8. Support the digital evolution of the brand.
9. Act as an ambassador for CELINE and the LVMH Group.
10. Embody the brand spirit with creativity and a sense of excellence.

1. Minimum of 2 years experience in sales within the fashion or luxury sector.

1. High sensitivity and knowledge of products and fashion.
2. Ability to understand and exceed customer needs for optimal service.
3. Strong team spirit and a taste for challenges.
4. Sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
5. Fluency in Spanish and English; a third language is advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years in a sales role, preferably within the fashion or luxury industry.
