1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to enhance the sales process, maximizing sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value.
3. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
4. Capture and input all relevant customer information into the database.
5. Promote store events through various communication channels including email, phone, and personalized notes.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Consistently follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
8. Assist with general housekeeping and maintenance of the store's image.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Strong client book management skills.
2. Desire to work in a retail setting with a focus on sales.
3. Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design.
4. Technological proficiency and ability to learn various software programs.
5. Service orientation and customer-focused mindset.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
7. Proficiency in foreign languages is a plus.

A minimum of three years of experience in a similar client-facing role within the luxury retail sector is required.

The compensation for this position ranges from $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
