- Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
- Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Capture and input all relevant customer information into the database.
- Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
- Maintain and expand a client book.
- Consistently follow up on shipping, alterations, or other client-related issues.
- Assist in general housekeeping and maintenance of the store image.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
- Strong client book preferred.
- Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize various software programs.
- Service-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum of 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
The compensation for this position ranges from $18 to $25 per hour, depending on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
