1. Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
2. Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales
3. Adhere to all company policies
4. Capture relevant customer information for database entry
5. Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes
6. Maintain and expand a client book
7. Follow up with any shipping, alteration, or other client-related issues
8. Assist in general housekeeping and store image maintenance
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested

1. Business School, University or equivalent experience
2. Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales

1. Client book management
2. Passion for luxury products and design appreciation
3. Tech savvy with the ability to learn and use various software programs
4. Service orientation and customer focus
5. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
6. Foreign languages a plus

Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting.

The compensation for this position ranges from $18- $25 hourly. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
