1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Integrate comprehensive product knowledge into the sales process to maximize sales and transaction value.
3. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
4. Capture and input relevant customer information into the database.
5. Promote store events through various communication channels such as email, phone, and personalized notes.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Follow up consistently with clients on shipping, alterations, or other service-related issues.
8. Assist in maintaining store image and general housekeeping.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Proficiency in computer usage and ability to learn various software packages.

1. Possession of a client book is highly preferred.
2. Strong desire to work in a retail environment with a focus on sales.
3. Passion for luxury products and an appreciation for design.
4. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize various software programs.
5. Service-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
6. Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The position requires a minimum of 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
