1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to enhance the sales process, maximizing sales and transaction values.
3. Ensure adherence to all company policies.
4. Capture and maintain relevant customer information for database entry.
5. Promote store events through various communication channels including email and personalized notes.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Follow up consistently on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
8. Assist in general housekeeping and maintain the store's image.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proficiency in computer usage and the ability to learn various software packages.

3. Passion for luxury products and an appreciation for design.
4. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize various software programs.
5. Service-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
6. Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
