1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to enhance the sales process, maximizing sales and transaction values.
3. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
4. Capture and record customer information for database entry.
5. Promote store events through various communication channels.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Consistently follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
8. Assist with general housekeeping and maintain the store's image.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a retail setting.
