1. Contribute to sales development and achieve sales objectives.
2. Welcome and advise customers, ensuring exceptional customer service.
3. Share product stories and expertise with customers.

6. Participate actively in store operations including visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, and inventory management.

1. Master's or Bachelor's degree.
2. Minimum of 2 years in sales within the fashion or luxury sector or equivalent.

1. High sensitivity and knowledge of products and fashion.
2. Ability to understand and exceed customer needs for an optimal experience.
3. Challenge-oriented with a team spirit.
4. Excellent service orientation, curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
5. Strong interpersonal skills, ownership, and curiosity.
6. Fluency in German and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.

A minimum of 2 years in sales within the fashion or luxury sector is required.
