1. Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
2. Maximize sales through cross-selling and up-selling techniques.
3. Address and resolve customer inquiries.
4. Oversee transactions at the cashier counter.
5. Conduct follow-up communications with existing and potential customers regarding store events.
6. Assist with stock taking, replenishment, and maintaining the cleanliness of the sales floor.
7. Support merchandising of new arrivals and in-store events.
8. Contribute to visual merchandising and product displays.
9. Ensure adherence to safety, health, and security protocols.

1. College degree or higher.

2. Service-oriented with excellent customer handling skills.
3. Strong communication abilities.
4. Good fashion sense.
5. Ability to work independently.
6. Fluency in Mandarin; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in retail or luxury sectors.

College degree or higher.
