- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
- Maximize sales through cross-selling and up-selling techniques.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries.
- Oversee transactions at the cashier counter.
- Conduct follow-up communications with existing and potential customers regarding store events.
- Assist with stock taking, replenishment, and maintaining the cleanliness of the sales floor.
- Support merchandising of new arrivals and in-store events.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and product displays.
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and security protocols.
- College degree or higher.
- Energetic and enthusiastic team player.
- Service-oriented with excellent customer handling skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Good fashion sense.
- Ability to work independently.
- Fluency in Mandarin; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in retail or luxury sectors.
College degree or higher.
