1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to enhance the sales process, maximizing sales and transaction value.
3. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
4. Capture and maintain relevant customer information for database entry.
5. Promote store events through various communication channels including email and personalized notes.
6. Maintain and expand a comprehensive client book.
7. Consistently follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
8. Assist with general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Strong client book management skills.
2. Desire to work in a retail environment with a focus on sales.
3. Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
4. Proficiency in technology and software applications.
5. Customer service orientation and focus.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
7. Foreign language skills are advantageous.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
