1. Welcome all clients to the store, ensuring a comfortable environment.
2. Contribute to the development of sales and achievement of sales objectives.
3. Advise customers and provide exemplary customer service.
4. Share the story behind products and deliver expertise.
5. Propose complementary products proactively.
6. Build privileged and lasting relationships with customers to aid in recruitment and retention.
7. Participate in the operational activities of the store, including visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, and inventory management.
8. Adhere to internal procedures and guidelines.
9. Support the digital evolution of the brand.
10. Serve as an ambassador for CELINE and the LVMH Group, embodying the brand spirit with creativity and excellence.

1. Minimum of 2 years in sales within the fashion or luxury sector or equivalent.

1. High product and fashion sensitivity and knowledge.
2. Ability to understand and exceed customer needs for optimal customer experience.
3. Taste for challenge and team spirit.
4. Sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
5. Fluency in German and English; a third language is advantageous.

A minimum of 2 years in sales within the fashion or luxury sector or equivalent.
