- Deliver an exceptional client experience by providing unparalleled service to each client.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients through personalized clienteling and cross-selling strategies.
- Uphold CELINE’s standards of compliance by adhering to internal procedures and guidelines.
- Participate actively in the operational life of the store, including visual merchandising, restocking, and inventory management.
- Serve as a CELINE ambassador, embodying the Maison’s values and excellence in every client interaction.
- Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and personal presentation.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in sales within the fashion or luxury industry.
- Passion for luxury fashion and a deep understanding of CELINE's products and brand identity.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic retail environment.
- Strong ethical compass and commitment to compliance and corporate social responsibility.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
At least 1 year of professional experience in sales within the fashion or luxury industry.
