Celine Client Advisor

- Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
- Utilize comprehensive product knowledge to enhance the sales process, maximizing sales and transaction value.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies.
- Collect and input relevant customer information into the database.
- Promote store events through various communication channels including email, phone, and personalized notes.
- Maintain and expand a client book.

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
- Proficiency in computer use and ability to learn various software packages.

- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize various software programs.
- Customer-focused with a strong service orientation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
Minimum of 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
