1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to enhance the sales process, maximizing sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value.
3. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
4. Capture and record all relevant customer information for database entry.
5. Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
6. Maintain and expand a client book with consistent follow-up on client-related issues.
7. Assist in general housekeeping and maintenance of the store's image.
8. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.

1. Proficiency in computer literacy and the ability to learn and use various software packages.
2. Strong client book management skills are preferred.
3. Passion for luxury products and an appreciation for design.
4. Service-oriented with a strong customer focus.
5. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
6. Foreign language skills are a plus.

Minimum of 3 years in a retail setting with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
